This is a shallow bay, ideal for surfing. 

In a distance of 5 km is the well known Baltic Sea Ressort Rerik. You can get there by bike, too, because the „Ostsee-Küsten-Radwanderweg“  leads you there and this trail is near by our house! By the way, we offer you the use of  5 bikes for free!

You will really love that small town Rerik with its accesses to the open sea and to the bay!

You will find everything you need for  unforgetable holidays in the close-by sea ressorts like Kühlungsborn, Heiligendamm, Warnemünde, Bad Doberan and Wismar.

There are beautiful beaches, bike paths, hiking trails, windsurfing areas, ..

and there is a lot of culture, too!

 

You can do a tour on the „Molli“, the ancient steam train, visit the the recreational swimming pool with water slides  and several saunas in Wismar, it is called „Wonnemar“. You can do harbour tours by boat in Warnemünde, Rerik or Wismar.

And you can see the fantastic old churches in their typical brick gothic style!
